In the context of e-commerce, a buyer is defined as a natural person or legal entity that electronically orders goods through the seller’s website.

Moreover, goods are believed to be all software (license) offered on the www.vtlix.com exclusively delivered to the buyer’s email address mentioned in their order.

Electronic orders are electronic forms that consist of buyers’ information, a list of the ordered products as well as the total price of that merchandise by an e-commerce system.

Condition of Use

You are not required to pay to use the website. However, specific features will be unlocked by filling out the forms with the required personal details. Accordingly, you are also expected to do the same procedure in order for various contact forms. Please not that each form may include mandatory fields marked with (*). An Order

A valid electronic order requires a completed registration form that is true and complete. No procrastination in delivery is held responsible by the seller in case any damage was caused as a result of the fact that all the required data were not completely entered upon registration process or were entered incorrectly.

Once an electronic order confirmation is received by the system, a Purchase Agreement is created between the seller and the buyer.

This license is irretrievable and everlasting to support all versions of Vtlix extensions.
The licenses vary per extension
No support is obliged to be provided by Vtlix after the End of the term indicated by your purchase offered in the extension description unless you renew the extension on theexact day of expiration or before it gets expired.
The license may be transferred to another Vtiger CRM installation only with prior written permission.
The license wording may undergo any change without notice for future versions of Vtlix

Order Cancellation

If the goods are no longer manufactured or delivered, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

Refund Policy

User can receive the products’ demo and a 15-day trial to test the practicality and function of product to ease decision making procedure and purchase the product in case they are sure. Consequently, there will not be any refund after the trial period is over.

Terms of Payment

There is a prepayment requirement, and payments must be made in dollars. all transactions must be made online and through the payment gateway in one sitting. Recharges are made annually.

Terms of Delivery

Delivery of product is considered to be the sending of the download link, apk file, or zip file of extension. The products are electronically delivered through WHMCS and the download access or to the email address given in the electronic order. Product deliveries are made as soon as possible or straightway if possible.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights own by Vtlix are reserved in terms of website elements and their design, the way they are selected, presented, and organized, and whatever relates its content and Vtlix software and trademark. However, no intellectual property right is transferred by using the website

These T&Cs are subject to Turkey law.
