Gone are the days when you had to write actual letters in order to correspond with your co-workers in the organization.
Internal tickets extension has provided businesses with a platform for correspondence, administrative works, and drafting them.
This extension contains two sub modules:
1- “Internal tickets” module which is visible on main menu
2- “Internal tickets assignments” module which does not appear on the main menu.
To access the process, the given address allows you to enter Internal tickets.
Menu > Tools > Internal tickets
Filters
Tickets’ inbox and sent box can be categorized as below according to the type of assignments:
My inbox: incoming tickets
My private inbox: Incoming confidential tickets
My sent box: Tickets you’ve sent to other users
My private sent box: Tickets you’ve confidentially sent to other users
Add a new ticket
To add a new ticket and assign administrative works to users, click on
You’ll see a window with following records:
Basic information
A title needs to be chosen for the ticket.
Fields like “Priority”, “Product name”, “Status”, and “channels” should also be filled based on your organization’s demands.
“Assigned to” would define the ticket’s sender in the system.
Assignments
Type of assignment needs to be defined initially.
Next, assign it to one or more users.
Write a description in accordance with the ticket.
Choose whether you would like the ticket to be sent confidentially.
Assignment Details
Sender and Recipient
Date and time of when you sent the message
Type of assignment
Date and time of when the recipient opened the ticket
The status is labeled as “finished” if the assignment is accomplished.
Or
Labeled as “unfinished” if the assignment isn’t accomplished yet.
Add workflow to your internal tickets assignments
If you would like to add a workflow to the assignments in your internal tickets, follow the address below:
Main menu > Settings > Automation
The target module needs to be set on Internal tickets assignments.

Basic information: The form you view in Internal Tickets > Add New> Basic Information is customizable through “Internal Tickets Fields and Layouts” and “Pick list Values” .
