Replying to your customers’ requests as fast as possible is one of the ways to make them happy campers with the service they get.

Amongst the number of ways we’ve designed to do so, preparing text messages in advance and sending them by just a single click through SMS or Whatsapp would definitely stand out from the crowd so that you can boost customer response speed by having this module .

Another advantage of this module is that you no longer will need to have your contacts’ phone number saved in your whatsApp and save time!

Configuration

But how does the module work? After installing the module, this icon appears in your CRM. Clicking With clicking on this icon which will appear after installing the module, you’ll see this window where you can see all the standard related modules, by which you can send text messages.

1. Choose a contact.
2. “Mobile phone” option will let you brows all the saved phone numbers for your contact. Choose one.
3. Click on one of the messages below the “messages” box that you’ve prepared beforehand or simply type in your message. Learn how to create prepared messages!

Then click on Send SMS

To send your message via whatsapp
1. click on Send Whatsapp Message

1. The message will appear on your Whatsapp
2. Click on Send!

However, if you’re in an item existing in a module like ‘ contacts’, a click on  would easily send text messages to your contacts.

How to create prepared messages

Follow the steps below

Menu > settings > Other settings > Fast SMS

A page including prepared messages will appear. To add a new one, click on “Add new message” and type a message. You can also define a title to find the message more conveniently.
